CFO advisory provides ongoing strategic financial leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. This includes monthly financial reporting and commentary, cash flow forecasting, board-level financial input, KPI tracking, and support during funding rounds, acquisitions, or restructuring. Scope is agreed monthly and adjusted as your needs change.

No. Our advisory work is entirely separate from compliance and bookkeeping. Your accountant continues to handle annual accounts, filing and day-to-day compliance. We focus on strategic planning and tax optimisation, the work most compliance accountants do not undertake. Many clients have worked with us alongside the same accountant for several years.

All work is fixed fee, agreed before we start. Tax optimisation reviews begin at 750 plus VAT for SMEs and 2,000 plus VAT for complex or multi-entity structures. CFO advisory is priced monthly based on scope. There is no hourly billing, no hidden extras, and no obligation beyond the agreed scope. Every fee is confirmed in writing before work begins.

We respond to all enquiries the same working day. Once scope is agreed and instruction is confirmed, most reviews begin within one to two weeks. Urgent matters, such as imminent transactions or HMRC correspondence, can be accommodated. Every instruction is handled personally by Bharat Varsani FCCA at director level.
